DOCTOR OF LAWS - LLD IN CONSTITUTIONAL LAW
The Doctor of Laws in Constitutional Law is a 3-year advanced research program offered by Africa School of Politics and Governance at ASPG University. The program is delivered 100 percent online to students across Africa and globally. Entry requirement: Master’s Degree in Law, Governance, Theology, or related field. Year 1 focuses on comparative study of all world Constitutions across Africa, Europe, Americas, Asia, and the Middle East. Year 2 focuses on deep analysis of constitutional principles: human rights, separation of powers, rule of law, governance, and accountability. Year 3 focuses on doctoral research and thesis. Every constitution is compared against one another and the final standard of judgment is the Word of GOD on justice, righteousness, and human dignity. Graduates will produce constitutional reform proposals, legal opinions, and a doctoral thesis that contributes to governance and justice in Africa. Intake: July 2026
